Hard to review an item you never received
I saw some other reviews stating that customers had not received their orders and I decided to order anyway. Given the global shipping delays everyone is experiencing I was alright with a length delivery time but I've received no updates since making my order almost a month ago and no response for customer service either.
Wrong Color, Wrong Size, No Response
I’ve bought Benjo’s laces in the past and really enjoyed the selection of colors and the quality. Unfortunately, I bought two sets of 54” laces at the end of June and received the wrong color on one and wrong sizes on both. I’ve emailed customer support 4 times and tried contacting via the online “Contact Us” form and cannot get a response. Very disappointed and will look elsewhere in the future.
